The ADAPT program continues to move full steam ahead and threaten to lock us into car culture for the next few decades. Its imperative for future re-paving to reconfigure road space in a way that aligns with complete streets, the city’s own 2035 Mobility Plan, and the Mayor's Executive Directive 25.
